Today (3 June 2025), Veterinarian Phattharaphon Manee-on, Head of Wildlife Health Management Group, Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, revealed that Veterinarian Narathip Worawattanatham, along with park officials, went to the top of Khao Khiao since this morning to track down Plai Diao who was sleeping in the forest. They prepared a plan to help pull the knot from the elephant's hip, but it was recently discovered that the knot had come loose on its own.
